Terms:

Spring term dates:

8th January to 12th February ( 6 weeks )

26th February to 2nd April ( 6 weeks )

Summer term dates:

23rd April to 21st May ( 5 weeks )

4th June to 16th July ( 7 weeks )

Autumn term dates:

10th September to 22nd October ( 7 weeks)

5th November to 17th December ( 7 weeks)

What will a typical class be like?

The  class will last an hour and will usually include:

Grounding to feel settled and present with a sense of ease

Breath awareness to connect mind and body and improve our focus

Warm up  to mobilise the joints and muscles

Physical postures (asanas) these might be standing, sitting or lying. They may be held statically or incorporated into a flow

Counterpose postures to restore alignment and balance

Relaxation to allow your body to absorb the benefits of the physical practice

Cost:

Book for the term and get 1 week free. e.g. 7 weeks in the term, you only pay for 6. (£60)

No drop ins available due to limited space.

Health questionnaire:

Before your first class, or taster session you’ll be asked to complete a questionnaire regarding any physical injuries or concerns.

All information will be treated in the strictest of confidence. Your personal details will only be seen by me and not shared with anyone without your permission.
