A gentle yoga class for beginners, based in Thatcham.

Everyone is welcome!

Hatha yoga is often translated from Sanskrit as ‘sun and moon’’.

‘Ha’ being the sun’s active energy and ‘tha’ being the moon’s  calming energy.

Yoga aims to balance these two energies and quieten the mind.

As a complete beginner, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to do the yoga moves and keep up. Instantly Sue made me feel at ease, relaxed and now my nerves disappear. Now, I love going to Yoga with Sue and look forward to my classes with her.
